Beams, columns, trusses and bracing fabricated from your drawings or ours, to AWS D1.1 and your project specification.
Structural steel is the backbone of our shop. Automated beam lines handle drilling, coping and sawing, while our fitters and certified welders assemble to tolerances checked by total-station survey before anything moves to the paint hall.
We work equally from client-issued design drawings and from our own detailing. Where we detail, the model is built in Tekla Structures and issued for your approval as shop drawings — so the first time you see our interpretation of the design is on paper, not on site.
Every member is uniquely marked and tracked from mill certificate through fabrication, coating and delivery, giving you complete traceability in the handover dossier.
