ASME VIII Division 1 vessels, columns, separators and shell-and-tube exchangers built under our U-Stamp authorisation.
We hold ASME U-Stamp authorisation and fabricate coded pressure equipment in a dedicated bay with its own inspection regime. Rolling, dished-end forming, nozzle set-in and post-weld heat treatment are all managed in-house or through qualified, audited partners.
Radiography, ultrasonic testing and hydrostatic testing are carried out to the approved inspection and test plan, with client and third-party witness points accommodated as required.
Each vessel is delivered with a complete manufacturer's data report, weld map, material certificates and NDT records.
