Overview
A 620-metre main pipe rack corridor connecting two process units, fabricated in modules and erected across a live plant with restricted crane windows.
The scope combined heavy structural steel with carbon and stainless process piping, cable tray supports and access platforms. Modules were pre-assembled and pre-tested in our Dammam yard, then transported as complete units — cutting on-site work to a fraction of the original programme.
Working within an operating facility meant every lift was planned around production. Not a single shutdown hour was attributable to our scope.

- Carbon and stainless process piping to ASME B31.3
- Modular pre-assembly and pre-testing off site
