Overview
Nine coded pressure vessels for a refinery capacity upgrade, comprising separators, knock-out drums and two stainless-clad reactors.
All equipment was fabricated under our ASME U-Stamp authorisation, with post-weld heat treatment, full radiography on longitudinal and circumferential seams, and hydrostatic testing witnessed by the client and an independent inspection agency.
The stainless-clad reactors required strip-lining and dissimilar-metal welding procedures qualified specifically for this contract.
