Spool fabrication in a controlled shop environment beats site welding on quality, cost and schedule every time. We cut, bevel, fit and weld to ASME B31.3 and B31.1, with isometrics tracked spool by spool.
Carbon steel, stainless and duplex are handled in segregated areas to prevent cross-contamination, with dedicated tooling and consumables for each material group.
Complete pipe rack modules — steel, piping, cable tray and access platforms — can be assembled and pre-tested in our yard, then shipped as units to cut your site programme substantially.
