API 650 and API 620 above-ground storage tanks, fabricated in plate and erected on site by our own crews.
From small utility tanks to large-diameter crude and product storage, we roll, fit and weld shell courses to API 650 and API 620, including fixed, cone and floating roof configurations.
Bottom plate layout, shell verticality and roundness are surveyed at each course, and settlement is monitored through hydrotest. Vacuum-box, penetrant and radiographic testing are applied per the tank's inspection plan.
Internal and external linings are applied in accordance with the service — from standard epoxy systems to potable-water and hydrocarbon-resistant coatings.
