Enclosed blasting and painting hall with controlled conditions, SSPC/NACE surface preparation and full coating records.
Coating failures almost always trace back to surface preparation or ambient conditions at application. Our enclosed hall controls both — blast profile is measured, and temperature, humidity and dew point are logged before and during every application.
We apply epoxy, polyurethane, zinc-rich primer, intumescent fire protection and hot-dip galvanising (through audited partners) to the specified system and DFT.
Dry film thickness, holiday detection and adhesion pull-off testing are recorded and issued with the coating dossier.
