Overview
Primary and secondary structural steel for a three-building logistics hub, including cross-dock canopies and a two-storey administration block.
Delivery was sequenced building by building so erection could begin on the first structure while the third was still in fabrication — compressing the overall programme by roughly four months against a sequential approach.
All steel was shop-primed and finish-coated after erection to protect connection surfaces during handling.
