Process piping, duplex stainless spools and pre-assembled dosing skids for a reverse-osmosis desalination facility.
Seawater service meant duplex and super-duplex stainless throughout the high-pressure sections, fabricated in a segregated bay with dedicated tooling to eliminate carbon steel contamination. Ferrite content was verified on every production weld.
Dosing and CIP skids were built complete with instrumentation, wired and function-tested in our shop, then delivered ready for hook-up.
