Overview
Deck modules and associated secondary steel for an offshore production platform, fabricated to offshore structural standards with enhanced NDT coverage.
Offshore work carries no tolerance for rework once a module has sailed. Every primary joint received 100% ultrasonic or radiographic examination, and dimensional control was verified against the load-out survey before sea-fastening.
The modules were coated to a marine-duty specification with a 20-year design life in splash-zone conditions.
