Overview
Six above-ground storage tanks to API 650, ranging from 22 to 38 metres in diameter, including two internal floating roof tanks for light product service.
Shell courses were rolled and bevelled in our Dammam shop, shipped as plate packs and erected on site using the jacking method. Each course was surveyed for verticality and roundness before the next was raised.
All tanks passed hydrostatic testing and settlement monitoring first time, with vacuum-box testing on bottom seams and full radiography on shell verticals.

- Shell plate rolling and jacked erection
- Vacuum-box, PT and RT weld testing
- Hydrotest, settlement survey and internal lining
